Job Duties: -Calls customers to determine their pharmaceuticalancillary supply needs. -Coordinates order delivery location date and time with patient, caregiver, or clinician. -Reviews documentation in chart prior to contacting patient to assist in home inventory management. -Enters data including pharmaceutical refills, ancillary supplies, and durable medical equipment to system. -Prepares ancillary paperwork for orders. -Identifies and resolves customer service problems and keeps management informed. -Functions as agent of pharmacist for medication counseling per state and federal regulations. -Transfers customer to pharmacist for medication counseling on new prescriptions. -Documents chart of customer contact, obtains and documents patient order, and insurance change information. -Provides support assistance to warehouse distribution staff as needed.
