We need people to carry a tub of product in the seats selling to the fans as they watch the event. Walking vendors sell products such as beer, soda, water, peanuts, cracker jacks, hot dogs, and many other items. This is a great opportunity to make money while being a part of an awesome environment. If you are hard working, self motivated and have a great personality than this is the perfect job for you. How Do Vendors Make Money: Every vendor has the same opportunity to make an excellent commission but some vendors do much better then others. What are the secrets of good vending? Successful vendors spend their time in the seating area where the fans are sitting. When you leave the vending location, take with you as much product as you can comfortably carry. Once you enter the seating area, make your way as quickly as possible to the bottom of a section isle. Once at the bottom of the isle, you want to quickly make your way up the isle advertising your product voy by ing out and visually by holding the product up in the air. You want to scan the crowd making eye contact looking for potential sales. If at all possible try to make a sale near the bottom of the row so all the fans above you see you selling. This will significantly increase your chances of selling more in that section. You want to be polite to your customers and thank them for every transaction. You want to do your best to make sure you are not obstructing the view of the fans. You can achieve this by kneeling down when making a sale or quickly moving through the aisles. Pay: You will make a commission which is paid based on how much product you sell during the event. Commission rates for Chiefs games is $0.90 per beer sold. Commissions will be ed to you. You will leave the stadium with your CASH TIPS. Keep in mind that sales tax is included in the products you sell. You do not receive commission on the sales tax portion of the sale price. You must have your KC Liquor permit to sell beer at the stadium. You have two options to obtain this permit. You can purchase a "one day" permit at the stadium prior to each game for $2 or you can obtain a three year permit by going to the KC Liquor office and submitting your application to the city of KC. Check-in location: You will enter the stadium by walking down the tunnel that is located between Arrowhead Stadium and Kaufman Stadium. You will need to check-in with an EMS vending representative once you are at the bottom of the ramp. Worker Parking: All workers of Arrowhead will enter the parking lot from Gate 3 and will park in Lot L. You will see a sign for the worker parking from Blue Ridge Cut-off. There is a bus that you can catch from the parking lot or you can walk to the tunnel.
