Included arena, rental area, changing rooms, rest rooms, ice making equipment, hockey boards, storage and spectator seating. One sheet of ice. The Hockey Ranch-Littleton Colo. 52, sq ft -- $4,,.00 Private developer. Design-build project. I was the estimator. Metal building with masonry exterior. Building has two sheets of ice and partial two stories. Includes hockey arenas, spectator seating, offices, restaurant, balconies, work out room, and all chilling and ice making equipment. Roller and Associates-Denver Colo. 16, sq ft -- $1,,.00 Auctioneer warehouse in Denver Colorado. In house design-build. I was the designer, estimator, and project manager. Extensive site development with water quality containment at site and large asphalt construction area. Included remodeling of existing building for new office area. Deline Box- Denver Colorado 32, sq ft -- $1,,.00 Metal building addition to existing paper storage warehouse with rail access. This was an addition to warehouse we had previously built. Extensive concrete work to existing dock slab for new addition and complicated structural footings. Also included some remodeling to existing offices. I was the estimator and project manager for this project. FedEx- Johnstown Colorado 62, sq ft -- $3,,.00 Distribution center and office complex. This project started out as a metal building but because of site covenants and value engineering we had to change design to site cast concrete. I was the estimator for this project. Rocky Mountain Tennis-Boulder Colorado 60, sq ft -- $4,,.00 Included 10 indoor tennis courts, 8 outdoor courts and one clay court. Requiring large areas of demolition, import fill, retaining walls and water detention. I was the conceptual designer and estimator for this project. Building of this facility is actually on hold. Walker Manufacturing- Timnath Colorado 80, sq ft -- $6,,.00 Family owned business that invented and fabricates Walker mowers sold worldwide. I was the designer and estimator for this project. Facility includes warehousing, large office area, testing, and a second floor residence for owner. Colotex Electric Corporation- Loveland Colorado 34, sq ft (bowling alley) -- $2,,.00 This building was initiated by Colotex in Estes Park, Colorado. I was the designer and estimator for this eight lane bowling alley. Started out as a metal building structure but because of metal building delivery delays was redesign with concrete Twin Tee construction to meet winter deadlines. Along with bowling alley did two other projects for Colotex. An electrical officewarehouse in Longmont and a complete remodel for their corporate headquarters in Loveland. Loveland Fort Collins Airport Square footage unknown -- $10,,.00 estimated value Over a five year span I estimated three aircraft hangars and four commercial officewarehouses buildings. Also involved in design work. DIA Hotels- Denver Colorado Three, each approx 12, sq ft � Each of the three, approx $1,,.00 Estimated three hotels near DIA -- Days Inn, Comfort Inn and Holiday Inn. All three were treated as one project. Wood framing, EFIS, masonry wainscoating and site work. I was estimator for this project. Safeway King Soopers Freezer Warehouse- Denver, Colorado , sq ft -- $7,,.00 This facility was steel construction with insulated metal wall panels. Distribution center for both Safeway and King Soopers (jointly). I was estimator for this project. J & B Mini Storage- Fort Collins, Colorado 30, sq ft - $1,,.00 This project started six years ago with owner adding units as needed. There were eight storage buildings before these additions. Owner added 3 more buildings for a total of 30, additional square footage. Construction included pre-engineered metal buildings, Masonry and EFIS. I was estimator for this project. Sopris West Development- Denver and area Various buildings from 30, to 50, sq ft -- $4,,.00 to $6,,.00 each. Sopris West spec�d these buildings for lease. All were site cast concrete complexes in a campus setting. I was the estimator.
